About cancellation

We cannot accept cancellations of ordered products after the order has been completed.

When placing an order, please carefully check the product details on the product page and size guide.

About product confirmation

Once your ordered product arrives, please be sure to check within 7 days to ensure that there are no scratches or defects on the product, and that the arrived product is correct and does not match your order.

If the product is defective or if you receive a product different from what you ordered

In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or a different product than what you ordered, we will respond by returning the product and refunding your order.

Regarding the returned product, we will contact you via email once we have confirmed the defective part.

If there are no defects as a result of the inspection, we will ship the product back to you by cash on delivery.

About returns

We cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience (size does not fit, product is different from image, order was made by mistake, etc.). Please note.

<About shipping costs>

Unless there is a problem with the product or it is defective, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item (including items eligible for free shipping) and the shipping fee for returning the item.

Please note that if the item is returned with cash on delivery, the amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

*If there is a problem with the product or it is defective, you will be responsible for the shipping costs between the delivery address of the product and our address.

About exchange

We cannot accept exchanges of ordered products after the order has been completed.

About refunds

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

We will respond by returning the product or refunding it. We will pay the shipping costs.

<If paying by credit card>

We will respond by changing the payment amount through your credit card company.

At the time of refund procedure, if the original charge has been confirmed based on the credit card closing date, the amount will be debited and the amount will be offset or refunded against the following month's usage amount.

<If paying by bank transfer>

We will refund your money to your designated bank account, so please contact us using the inquiry form.
